Reservations
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. A 2-night minimum stay applies on weekends, holidays, and during local events.
What are your reservation and deposit policies?
A deposit of 50% of the reservation cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival may choose either a refund to the card on file (minus a $50 fee) or a gift certificate voucher for the full deposit amount, valid for 1 year. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival forfeit the full deposit unless the property can be rebooked. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available and can be used across our two Bed and Breakfast Inns as well as our Vacation Rental properties — a great gift for weddings, events, or a relaxing getaway.
Is there a fee for additional guests?
Yes, a $25 per-person, per-stay fee applies for guests beyond the base occupancy who are 10 years of age or older.
Your Stay
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Can I check in earlier than 3:00 PM?
With 24 hours' advance notice, we can have your rental ready for arrival as early as 1:00 PM. Restrictions apply for Garden of Eden, The Oaks Poolside Retreat, and The House on Main — please contact us directly to discuss early arrival for these properties.
What if I'm arriving after 7:00 PM?
Please call ahead, and we'll advise you of our late check-in procedure.
How do I get my keys and property information?
Keys, keyless entry information, and property address details are provided at The Victoria Inn Lobby at check-in, unless otherwise arranged by text message.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes, a one-time cleaning fee applies to all reservations and varies depending on the size of the property. This fee covers cleaning upon your departure. We will not enter your rental during your stay, but are happy to provide additional linens or amenities upon request.
Is breakfast included?
Our kitchens are fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, coffee, creamers, and sugar. Many local restaurants within walking distance also offer wonderful dining options.
House Rules
Is there a quiet time policy?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and community.
Are pets allowed?
Crestview Pond Estate Cottage and The Oaks Poolside Retreat are our two pet-friendly properties, with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Pets are not allowed at any other property, no exceptions. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if a pet is brought into a non-pet-friendly property.
What is your service animal policy?
Service animals are always welcome. Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability; comfort or companion animals do not qualify. We may ask whether the animal is a service dog required because of a disability and what task it's trained to perform. We ask that guests respect the important work service animals do by not misrepresenting a pet as one.
Is smoking allowed?
No, all properties are smoke-free, including balconies and porches. A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs on-site.
