Policies for V Vacation Rentals

It’s time to get away!!

We are once again taking reservations for our V Vacation Rental properties.  We are excited to welcome guests to our units once again.

Please know that we are concerned about the COVID-19 outbreak and the safety and well-being of our guests, employees, and our community. Be assured that we adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

We have increased the frequency of disinfection and cleaning of high-touch communal indoor areas, including handrails, entry doors, our Front Desk, Guest Lounge and Lobby area.  Additional enhanced health and safety measures are in place by The Victoria Inn, V Vacation Rentals and Dunbar House Inn and Event Properties.

We are practicing “room distancing” to allow no less than 24 hours before and after check-in and check-out for the room to be prepared for guest arrival.

We have suspended our Complimentary Extended Continental Breakfast Buffet until further notice.  There are many local restaurants within walking distance that offer wonderful breakfast options and the vacation units all have exceptional kitchen facilities that are fully stocked for you.

We have removed all extra bedding and decorative pillows from our rooms.  If you would like extra pillows or blankets, please let us know.  We will be happy to provide them for your stay.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death,

By visiting The Victoria Inn, V Vacation Rentals and Dunbar House Inn and Event Properties you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

The evolving nature of this event requires flexibility as we continue to follow both state and local guidelines with regards to the Coronavirus.

Terms and Conditions

If you have questions or need additional information about staying at one of our vacation rental homes in Northern California, please contact us.

Minimum Stay:

  • 2-night minimum stay requirements are in effect for weekend, during holidays and local events.

Reservations:

  • A deposit of 50% of the reservation cost is required upon booking, with the remainder due upon check-in.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Need to arrive earlier than 3:00 pm? With advanced arrangements and a nominal fee of $20.00, we will have your room ready as early as 12:30 pm on the day of arrival.  *Not available for all properties.

Please call if arriving later than 7:00 PM, and we will advise you of our late check-in procedure. Keys are obtained in the main office, as well as entry codes for the key-less entry rentals.

Cancellations:

Prior to 72 hours, cancellations will be accepted with a $20.00 processing fee. All other cancellations less than 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless the room can be re-booked.

Additional Persons:

If there are additional persons over 10 years of age staying in the room, there is a $20 fee per person.

Pets:

Pets are NOT allowed in the most of our rentals.  However, we currently have 2 Pet Friendly rentals available Crestview Pond Cottage and Park Place. A signed pet policy is required and a $30.00 per stay Pet Fee.

Smoking:

As a smoke-free environment, smoking is NOT ALLOWED at any of the rentals.  This includes balconies and porches. A $250.00 fee will be applied for the cleaning of a room if smoking occurs in the room or on the balcony.

V Vacation Rentals gift cards are available. Give this perfect gift for a wedding, event, or tranquil getaway.
